MARKER MAKING

In most garments the cost of materials used accounts for about 70 % of the cost of the garment and every inch saved reflects directly on your bottom line. Not only does the marker maker have to place the patterns optimally on the fabric but also has to take into consideration the limitations of the fabrics and design requirements of the garment like plaid matching, mitering, one way print’s.  
Having a marker made it means that the design you will have the best utilization of your fabrics saving you money every time you cut your pattern. 
We can also do consumption calculation for costing garments accurately.
The finished markers can be drawn in real size on a plotter and/or on a printer as mini markers in A4 format. They can be written in HPGL plotter format (.hpg / .plt )and sent over the Internet to be drawn with a plotter to another location, or to be written in CUT file for all automatic machines for cutting.
